1. Scope and privacy officer

This policy covers jonathanborsellino.com and inquiries sent to Jonathan Borsellino, an independent mortgage broker, AMF licence 279202, with Groupe Kelto inc., Mortgage Architects network.

2. Information collected and purposes

When you book or contact me, I receive the information you provide: name, email, phone number, chosen appointment and project description. It is used to respond, arrange our conversation and provide the follow-up you request. Required information is indicated in the booking form. Without the necessary contact details, I may be unable to reach you.

The email link opens your email application with jonathan@kelto.ca as the recipient. You write your message and choose to send it from your email application; the site does not send email on your behalf. Do not include financial documents in an initial message.

The calculator runs in your browser. Financial information entered in the calculator is neither transmitted nor stored by it. It does not make any financing eligibility decision.

3. External services and access

Calendly manages bookings and confirmations. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its technical infrastructure. Fonts are hosted with the site. Email and calendar providers support receipt and follow-up of your communications.

Technical providers may process connection data, including IP address, browser and connection date, to deliver and secure their services. Access to information must be limited to the people and providers who need it for those purposes.

If your inquiry becomes a mortgage application, the information and authorizations required for exchanges with the brokerage and lenders will be explained separately.

4. Cookies and analytics

Jonathan Borsellino has not installed Google Analytics or an advertising pixel on this site. The page URL determines its language. A project type may accompany a link to the calculator; it is only a hint and is not sent to Calendly. No amounts or other financial information are added to URLs.

The embedded calendar loads automatically as you approach the booking section. This connects to Calendly and shares technical information, including your IP address. Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies. Its banner and settings let you manage the optional choices it offers. Loading the calendar does not constitute general consent to optional cookies.

The embedded Google Maps map displays the office location. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which receives technical data, including your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy ↗.

You can contact me by phone or email without using Calendly. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; this may limit some external features.

5. Processing outside Québec

Some providers may process or store information outside Québec, including in the United States, where other laws may apply. See Calendly’s privacy practices ↗. Contact me with questions about providers or processing locations.

6. Retention and protection

Information is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. When no longer needed, it must be securely destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the law. You can ask me about the retention periods applicable to your situation.

The site uses an HTTPS connection. Protecting information also relies on restricted access to the services used and careful handling of communications. No Internet service can provide absolute security.

7. Your rights and complaints

Subject to the conditions set out by law, you may request access to your information, corrections, withdrawal of your consent and disclosure of certain computerized information in a structured, commonly used format. Withdrawal may limit the requested follow-up without cancelling legal retention obligations.
