Is your mortgage coming up for renewal?

Don’t sign automatically.

Has your bank sent you a renewal offer? Before accepting it, it’s worth seeing what else is available.

You have nothing to lose by checking.

Already received your offer? Let’s start there.

Couple Reviewing Documents

You don’t have to switch lenders to talk to me.

Just send me your renewal offer and I'll see if it makes sense. If not, I'll look at the other options.

The process

A simple 4-step process

1. You send me your current offer

2. I compare your options

3. I look at what makes sense for you

4. I take care of the next steps

Show me your current renewal offer and I'll look at what matters to you: your payment, your plans for the next few years and the flexibility you might need.

I compare your offer with the options available from different lenders. Not just the rate — I also look at the terms that could make a real difference for you.

Once I’ve compared the options, I show you clearly what you would gain (or not gain) by switching. Then you decide with all the numbers in front of you.

I take care of the paperwork and stay with you through each step so the process stays clear and simple through signing.

Points to consider

Before renewing, there’s more than the rate to look at

Is your current offer actually competitive?

The terms matter too

Has your situation changed?

Switching lenders isn’t always necessary

Already have an offer from your bank? I can look at it with you and compare it with the other options available before you sign.

The rate matters, but it’s not the only thing to look at. Penalties, prepayment options, mortgage portability and flexibility can make a real difference depending on your plans.

Your income, debts, plans or property may have changed since your last term. Renewal is a good time to make sure your mortgage still fits your situation.

My job isn’t to make you switch just for the sake of switching. If your current lender’s offer is a good one, I’ll tell you that too.

Already have your renewal offer?

Before you sign, send it to me. I'll take a few minutes to see if it’s actually a good offer for you.
